EFEC FBD is a programme created by working with businesses to help business digitise.
Based on the highly successful Futures By Design (FBD) programme, which worked with over 1000 SMEs in the UK and EU, 2019 -2023), the new FBD service rolls out in the UK this summer.
EFEC CEO Lily Lin and CSO Andrew Thomson (the designer and director of the FBD project) are working with a range of partners to develop and promote FBD – and today we had an excellent meeting with Arise Innovation Hub Director, Bev Vaughan, in Harlow.
Arise Innovation Hub engages with new businesses, enabling them to be supported by a community of scientific minds and to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and innovative businesses at Arise Innovation Hub, on the newly built Harlow Innovation Park.
The pioneering town of Harlow, located at the heart of the UK Innovation Corridor, is perfectly positioned for those wishing to be part of a growing health, performance and wellbeing community that is well connected to research clusters in both London and Cambridge.
There are a number of synergies between EFEC and ARISE and the next step is to work on ways that EFEC FBD can play a part in the exciting futures being developed.
