The EFEC Business Innovation suite of services covers:

➢ Into China – for UK life sciences and cleantech companies; study tours; training; partnerships，set-up
➢ Into UK – for Chinese companies seeking to develop into the UK: study tours; set-up.
➢ Lingang – building on the successful launch of Lingang Cambridge Network
The cleantech focus, for example, is based on the work we are doing through our Cambridge and Lingang connections.
This has started with us running webinars with the prestigious Cambridge Cleantech for the Lingang entrepreneurs audience together with our LCN colleagues, and is building on this with training and trade missions on the horizon.
Responding well as they have done to the global climate crisis, both China and the UK are leading the field in researching and developing the products for tomorrow’s cleaner and greener world.
Of course, our work is based on the two of the world’s epicentre cities for these enterprises – Cambridge and Shanghai.
It is not just the geographic advantages of the EFEC location in these two cities that matters to us. Of equal importance is the way we seek to bring together the great thinking, R and D and enterprises of the two countries – this goes to the heart of the EFEC mission.
Over the coming months we are working with our UK and China partners to develop our suite of services and so play our part in shaping tomorrow’s world better.
