EFEC CEO Lily Lin is a highly respected expert in UK / China partnerships. Educated and worked in Shanghai with a strong reputation as an excellent educator honed during an early career in China, and subsequently with a master degree gained at Cambridge University, Lily showed her taste for adventure and enterprising nature by emigrating to live and work in the UK and USA working for government and private enterprise organisations in the fields of education, cultural partnerships and business development.

She brings these experiences and the skills they enhanced to EFEC, as our business development Director. Her capacity to engage with the senior leaders of organisations and win new business opportunities is highly regarded both in the UK and China. She is one of those very rare people who is not only bilingual but bicultural, with a deep understanding of the language, idioms and customs of the two countries. Her capacities for generating partnerships of the highest quality have been reflected in many EFEC achievements and in her being nominated UK representative for Jiangsu Province.

Lily provides high level advice, guidance and facilitation and support to all EFEC partners in the development of enterprising partnerships between the UK and China. She is highly experienced and accomplished in the business skills necessary to create the reciprocal understanding between clients that is so critical for successful global partnerships and always applies her innovative mind to designing client-focused solutions.
